3 days before Christmas, definitely one of my favorite times of the year. The only downside to living in the northwest? The 20 inches of snow we’ve gotten over this past week. Don’t get me wrong, I enjoy my time on the mountain snowboarding, but damn. The worst part about the winter is not being able to ride. It’s just like an itch you can’t scratch for 6+ months. It’s painful. Made even more painful by the start of supercross!! Just makes your itch to ride that much worse, but you know you can’t do anything about it. Oh well. It’s just a part of life. But man it is so hard to spend so much time away from the bike!! Here’s to a quick winter for me and anyone else who lives where there is too much snow to get out and ride.
